The Guidelines cover the entire universe of business relations and activities. The text includes three parts. The first part is comprised of ten sections:

• Part I (Notion and Principles, General Principles, Publication of information, Employment and Industrial Relations, Environment, Fight against Corruption, Consumer’s interests, Science and Technology, Competition, Fiscal issues);
• Part II (Procedures to implement the Guidelines);
• Part III (Remarks).
