  • make people aware of the Guidelines by cooperating, if necessary, with economic and business circles, labour union organizations, non governmental organizations and the public;
  • prevent and/or settle any issue resulting from the alleged failed observance of the Guidelines principles on the part of businesses, also by hearing the involved parties, to settle any existing issues raised by the parties;
  • respond to information requests from: other NCPs, economic circles, labour union organizations, non governmental organizations and any other subject interested in the National Contact Point;
  • cooperate, where necessary, with foreign NCPs and with OECD facilities;
  • promote and address the issues of corporate social and ethical responsibility within the framework of the growing economic globalization, assessing the applicability of existing regulations.
