Do issues submitted to the NCP become of public domain? Is confidentiality of data observed and guaranteed?
In its work, the NCP guarantees the highest confidentiality of any information it becomes aware of; in particular, opinions, information and records submitted by the interested parties remain confidential unless said parties accept to disclose them.
